Appointment Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be considered a used session and cannot be rescheduled.
Program Completion Window
Although the program is designed for 12 weeks, all sessions must be completed within 16 weeks from the start date.
Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and are not refundable.
