Program Fee: $1,295 CAD or Two Payments: $695 CAD

This includes the full eight-week program, five live sessions, structured protocol development, and ongoing support.

This program is available to clients across Canada. Counselling services are limited to Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario.

Program Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

Because this program is designed as a structured 8-week process, sessions are scheduled in advance to support consistent progress.

Maintaining regular appointments allows the strategies discussed in each session to build on one another and supports the best outcomes.

Appointment Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be considered a used session and cannot be rescheduled.

This policy ensures fairness for all clients and protects the time reserved for your program.

Program Completion Window

Although this program is designed to be completed within 8 weeks, all sessions must be completed within 12 weeks from the start date of the program.

This allows reasonable flexibility for scheduling conflicts while maintaining the structure necessary for the program to be effective.

Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and are not refundable.

Program Commitment

This program works best when sessions occur regularly and the strategies discussed are implemented consistently.

Maintaining momentum throughout the program significantly improves outcomes.
